We have raised over $60,000. $800 more is pledged, another $15,000 will come in course book sales this week. That will bring us to about $75,000.

How have we gotten this far? You've bought books (30% increase over December 2008), you've made donations, you've joined Friends of Revolution Books (35 new members since Nov. 20), you've come to events (over 800 people attended Revolution Books events in the last 2 months), you've created your own fund raising projects: a birthday party at the store, poetry at a club, an online candle sale... To all who've made this happen -- much appreciation. Now together we have to go out and get friends, relatives, & colleagues to join in this essential effort to Save Revolution Books.
This store fills a great need in society. To meet it, and keep the doors open, we actually must expand: Get more bookstore programs webcast, get store cards out all over town, fully stock the shelves with the books that tell the truth, build a new website where thousands can buy books and engage with the biggest questions facing humanity.
The stakes are high.
