Millions of people in all corners of society are outraged about the fast-escalating fascism, and asking big questions and sounding the alarm... What is fascism anyway, and how does it work? Can fascism happen here in the US? Is it happening here? What are the lessons of history? What does fascism mean for women, for Black and Brown people, indigenous people, people dying of covid because of anti science, immigrants who are being locked up in cages, people around the world?
Only by fully understanding and confronting the danger we face can we act to stop it, before it’s too late.
We are racing to get the word out far and wide about this virtual program which is part of the emergency series:

Here are 5 things you can do to help promote How Fascism Works and How to Stop It on Facebook and all your social media and live on the street:
1. Mark yourself "going" to the event and "invite" your friends and encourage them to share in their groups and on their pages, and invite their friends.
2. Post and pin to the top of your page and pages you manage; post on group pages you are part of, urging others to tune in. Make and post a short video (a minute or less) on FB and other channels: why you are attending and urging others to tune in and spread. send it to us so we can spread it too. Post your own comments or quotes from Zee or Stanley eg:
"What country, what world will you, will we, will humanity wake up to, in February, 2021?" and "it is on each and all of us to do all we can to arouse; inspire and organize that into a mighty torrent … so that going into the election our side has the initiative; so that whatever the Trump/Pence regime does there is a powerful movement in the streets … that will be prepared to mobilize with even greater determination should Trump refuse to leave office."

3. Share the event url via emails, tweeting at friends, professors, co-workers and colleagues, etc.; to organization of all kinds: nonprofits that serve people who are deeply affected by this killing system, teachers and professors, academic departments, artists and prominent people speaking out against the fascist moves.
